ATTN: Did you know Title 42 processes have changed completely?

As of March 1st, 2016, only applications compliant with current statutory guidelines, rules and application forms will be accepted from the Oklahoma Tax Commission regarding Title 42s. On that note: Do not be alarmed! We have done our homework, and we will get your Title 42s done in the same timely manner as usual! There are two separate processes that you are required to go through depending on the way your vehicle is titled. This is a totally different way of classifying your Title 42 process than before. There are many people who have stopped doing Title 42s altogether, because of the difficulty of these new processes.
